Kristin has been teaching yoga, guiding global retreats and offering healing work for almost a decade. She is a creative adventurous free spirit that loves to connect with people on the journey to their hearts and deep awareness. She has done advanced studies in Thailand and India, as well as study with a range of yogic philosophers around the world.
Kristin is a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach, Reiki Master, 500ERYT (yoga), 300Hour Mediation, Thai Massage, in teaching with a deep passion for mindfulness, self love and personal transformation. With almost 2000 hours of teaching, Kristin has guided a range of styles. She supports one-one-one in her private practice and facilitates impactful workshops and retreats.
And let’s be real, life is hard. Kristin has walked the journey in her own courageous path to radical self acceptance. Through her own deep inner work, diving into her own recovery around trauma and addiction, and studies in the healing arts all over the world. Kristin offers real-life insight with support of credentials making her a source of magic in your journey within.
Kristin holds a Masters in Science in Business Marketing and Sport Event Management from Texas Tech University.
